Individual Therapy

Learning to navigate your mental health can be hard. Individual sessions are here for you to come as you are, process, understand symptoms, learn coping skills, and learn what it looks like to live life authentically.​

Trauma informed care

During individual therapy with a trauma informed therapist, our first and foremost priority is providing you a safe space. You'll gain insight into how your trauma has impacted your life, understand triggers, find safety, learn coping skills, and heal and engage with life authentically.​

Play therapy

Did you know children process their emotions through play? Work with one of our play therapists to create a safe space for your child to process their emotions and learn coping skills. Their therapist is also willing to work with their caregivers to help improve the relationship and learn ways to navigate difficult times.​

Couple's/Family  Therapy

Build stronger and healthier relationships together. A counselor will help you improve communication, move past resentment and help build stronger bonds.​

EMDR Therapy

Reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and ,depression and improve overall mental well-being with our EMDR specialized therapists. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) works by using guided eye movements to help your brain process and heal from traumatic memories.​

ART Therapy

Quickly alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression and improve emotional resiliency in just a few sessions with our Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) certified counselor. ART uses rapid eye movements and a specific visualization process to reframe traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress.

This group incorporates mindfulness exercises and art creation to support attendees' mental health.  Zero art experience is necessary, just an open heart to what may be created.

Work with counselors who have experience working in foster care and providing trauma informed therapeutic services to both children and parents involved in foster care.​
