So far, I am floored by all of the feedback I have been receiving. And I just want to take a second to sincerely thank you.

So! I just want to share a little bit about what I am working on and what you can look forward to, in the immediate future:
The Trauma Informed Foster Parent - a resource guide for foster parents. This is my current project.
Blogs on the process of healing trauma, which specific blogs on each stage and what that looks like (or a general resource guide for this?! Or both!)
Neuroplasticity - tips, tricks, and steps to rewire your brain!
Self-Therapy worksheet for in-the-moment work
These are just a few things you can expect within the next week or so. If you want to know when these are released, subscribe to the email. I don’t send out emails, so don’t worry about being spammed. However, my site provider does send out emails when new things are added to the site. 👍🏻 Otherwise, at some point, I will be able to create this site into.. AN APP! so exciting.
I have one final thing I would really value your feedback on:
I have the option of adding a “drop shipping” shop on here where I can add items I find of value for mental health and self-care. If this were an option, would you like to see it? And if so, what would you like to see?
I have one item I have purchased for myself and some friends to test out. If it works like I think it will, it will at least be on a “recommendation” list... and it has something to do with what I talk about ALL THE TIME (any ideas what this is? 😉).
