Inspirational quote by William Godwin on a soft background with a line-drawn sunburst at the top.

There are so many benefits of journaling. Something magical happens when you take pen to paper and begin to write (or type - whatever you prefer, don't be partial to my opinion) and allow whatever comes out to naturally flow. You discover thoughts you never hard. You can answer questions to improve your mood, process something you feel "stuck in," figure out your true desires, understand yourself better, get your frustrations out, and/or use it as one-on-one time with yourself.

So, I will be creating journal prompts you can add to your journal or print out and write on. Today's reflecting will be "Positive Self-Reflection." It feels great to reflect on things that improve our sense of self and gratitude for life. I created both a pdf and a picture version so you can either screen shot it or print it out (or both). Enjoy!

A writing prompt worksheet focused on positive self-reflection with fields for date, mood, and personal thoughts.
