Free Self-Therapy Worksheet and How to Use it


As promised, I have been working on some things for you guys!


Here is a self-therapy worksheet for in the moment issues that pop up. You can screen shot this image and save it in your phone. I have also left a download link below the image, and you can also download it form the home page - I've got your bases covered!


How to use:

Well, I hope this is pretty self-explanatory. If not, and you are a client we can work on this during our next session. The only thing you might need explaining is the "objective reasoning" section. In this section, you are going to dispute any irrational thought and see it from a third party, or how you think I would see it if you were telling me. Using objective reasoning and disputation will help you find the middle ground and reality of the matter, and in turn, help you decide what action you need to take. For example, do you need to take a break? communicate a boundary? take a day off or have an evening to yourself?
